- Korean Court Order/ Certificate for Name Change
- Foreign Passport
- POC (Pakistani Origin Card)
- Renunciation Certificate
- One Photograph with White Back ground
- Korean Address in English
- Parents Pakistani CNIC Card Copies ( in case of parents death certificate)
- Brother or Sister Pakistani CNIC Card copy with his/her Mobile Number
- Nikkah Nama (Masjid)
- Korean Foreign Registration Certificate. (Khajuk Khwangay Chugmuing su)
- Pakistani ID card Copy and Mobile Number of one Pakistani Verifier
- Khibun Chungmun Su.
