For Birth Registration of New Born Child
1. Birth certificate in original (English Version) should be Notarized (from any Law Firm) and “Appostille” by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Republic of Korea
2. Three (3) passport size photographs of the child (White Background)
3. Copies of parent’s passports and CNIC/NICOP
4. Photocopies of Parent’s Alien Registration Cards
5. Photocopies of Marriage Certificate and Family Registration Certificate of parents
6. Child’s Korean Passport and copy (in case of dual nationality of Child)

Note:
Important Note: It is not required to bring the new born child to the Embassy for birth registration.
The mother and child are required to accompany the father to the Embassy only at the time of passport application, provided that the child’s NICOP has already been issued by NADRA.
Kindly be advised that passport applications for new born children shall not be entertained unless a valid NADRA Card (NICOP) has been issued.
