The Ambassador of Pakistan in the Republic of Korea inaugurated and presided over the First ever Pakistan Workers Convention in Republic of Korea on 22nd May, 2022 in Busan City. The Convention was held in collaboration with Pakistani Community Korea (PCK) and Busan Migrants Support Center.
The Event was participated by Pakistani workers, Korean Employers, NGOs and prominent Pakistani Community members from all parts of the Republic of Korea.
In his Address the Ambassador appreciated and highlighted the work and role of Overseas Pakistani worker and urged Pakistani workers to be a ‘role model worker’ and do their jobs with Honesty, Dedication and Hard work while representing Pakistan. In the end certificates were distributed among Korean Employers/factory owners and different NGOs and Migrants Support Centres for their support, assistance and help towards Pakistani Diaspora especially Pakistani workers in Korea.
